Recession Sandwich

Today it is Peanut Butter and Jelly for lunch. I fondly call it my "Recession Sandwich". It's a tasty bit of Americana that I thoroughly enjoy. Crunchy Adams Peanut Butter with Blackberry Preserves on whole wheat bread with pockets of honey baked right in. Sometimes I use strawberry or marmalade too. mmmmm...marmalade. "In this economy" (I'm actually really tired of hearing that phrase) it sure beats going out and spending $7 for lunch everyday. Though I guess peanuts are still killing people. So it's either the recession or the peanuts that will get me in the end...crap.
